Concept & Brand Foundation

Perezoso Café started with a clear vision from the client: to build the brand around a mascot that could embody its personality while functioning as the primary logo.

The challenge was to develop a character with enough warmth and memorability to connect emotionally, but with the structural strength required to operate as a true identity system. The illustration was not meant to be decorative. It had to become the core of the brand.

Visual Identity & Applications

From the mascot, a cohesive visual system was developed, including typography, color palette, and compositional principles. The brand needed to feel playful yet intentional, expressive yet controlled.

The system extended into multiple touchpoints such as cups, packaging, and printed materials, ensuring that every interaction reinforced the personality of the café while maintaining visual consistency.

Spatial Integration & Collaboration

The project moved beyond graphic design into the physical space of the café. The exterior façade was intervened through vinyl applications, translating the visual identity into architectural presence.

Working alongside an industrial designer and an architect, we aligned design decisions across disciplines to ensure the brand integrated naturally into the spatial experience. The identity became part of the environment rather than an element applied onto it.

Outcome

Perezoso Café materialized as a cohesive brand ecosystem where character, graphic system, and physical space operate under a unified visual logic.

The result is a distinctive and consistent brand presence, capable of living comfortably across print, packaging, and architecture.
